Chris Tarte
Chris Tarte~Shelley Doremus’ friend, Chris Tarte, was hit by an IED in Afghanistan in October. He lost his right foot and broke both his legs. He is now in San Antonio at Brooke Army Hospital; they had to amputate more of his right leg and he is currently in a wheelchair. When his left leg heals more they will look into fitting him with a prosthetic right leg.
