Our Children’s Ministry is growing and growing! It is exciting to see all of the blessings that God has given to our families. I hope that the transition between changing Children’s Coordinators has been smooth for your family. With support from the Elders, I plan to continue the goals and vision of the Children’s Ministry with a positive and meaningful impact in the lives of our children.
Thank you to everyone who has been involved with this ministry! I hope that you will continue to support our children by volunteering to teach, help, or sub in the classroom or during special activities, and in many other areas. We need everyone, no matter what age, to help nurture their lives. If you would like to be involved in this ministry, please let me know and we will get you started!
We barely packed up our Trunk or Treat supplies and it was time to start practicing for the annual Christmas program. Our children have been busy practicing lines and learning songs and they are doing a great job! I want to say a special thank you to everyone that helped with directing the play, teaching songs, costume fittings, and especially to the parents for allowing your child to be a part of our program. I hope you will join us tonight for our performance of “A Mouse’s Tale” at 6pm.
I am looking forward to an exciting year for 2012! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be our Children’s Ministry Coordinator.
