A Prayer for Grads

Colossians 1: 9-12 I will use this scripture as a blessing for our seniors. I will use it to express our hopes for them, while also communicating what we believe is really valuable (not sports prowess, prestige, or business world “success”) but who they are in Christ Link to full service

Reminders of Mom

John 8: 1-11 We will look at the story of the collective mercy of the crowd in the near stoning of the sinful women. We will explore how Jesus likely saw his mom, or who his mom could have been, when he deals with “sinful women” in the Bible. For communion we will explore how Mary suffered as a mother. Resurrection Mindset

Philippians 4:4-9 Now that Easter has passed, I want to emphasize how the work of the Resurrection is not over, but represents an ongoing transformation that takes place within us. Specifically, I will highlight Scripture that demonstrates the transformation that takes place in our minds (and mindset) through the work of the Holy Spirit, causing us to think and behave more like Christ.
