Resurrection Mindset
Philippians 4:4-9 Now that Easter has passed, I want to emphasize how the work of the Resurrection is not over, but represents an ongoing transformation that takes place within us. Specifically, I will highlight Scripture that demonstrates the transformation that takes place in our minds (and mindset) through the work of the Holy Spirit, causing us to think and behave more like Christ.

A Prophet’s Destiny
Luke 13: 31-35 In this text Jesus’s pushes through and continues to love and serve Israel (ultimately by going to the cross) even as Israel continually rejects him. The One with the Torn Robes
Job 2: 11-13 Friends show up in hard times. The one thing Job’s friends did right was to show up and sympathize with their friend. Sometimes “less is more” when it comes to our words for friends in times of grief. Like a good friend, Jesus is present with us in the hard moments. Full Service
